FAQ
The lighting fixtures are severely heated, have a short lifespan, and frequently burn out
1. Ensure ventilation and heat dissipation, do not completely seal and wrap the lighting fixtures
2. Replace parameter matching and constant current drive with sufficient margin
3. Industrial wide temperature LED is selected for high temperature environments
The lights keep flashing and flickering intermittently
1. Cancel dimming or replace the LED specific dimmer
2. Replace the adaptive driver; Check the lamp board, repair/replace damaged lamp beads
3. Tighten all wiring terminals
The lighting fixtures are completely unlit
1. First, confirm that the circuit is electrified and tighten the wiring terminals
2. Visually inspect the drive for bulges and burn marks; Priority should be given to replacing the constant current drive with the same specifications (matching power, output current, voltage range)
3. Check if there are any black spots or burn marks on the lamp beads. If the damage is severe, replace the lamp board directly
